Pat H. says: "As the first customer of the reopening, I was so impressed and very comfortable with the procedures that Robert has put in place. My temperature was taken and I applied hand sanitizer before entering the salon masked. The staff were wearing masks and face guards and the stations were far apart. The shampoo station was completely sanitized after my shampoo.No blow drying. Outside there is a long table with a chair at either end for clients to use while waiting for their appointment. Gracias for keeping me safe and best of all I left very happy!" Pat H. dice: Como primer cliente de la reapertura, quedé muy impresionado y muy cómodo con los procedimientos que Robert ha implementado. Me tomaron la temperatura y apliqué desinfectante para manos antes de entrar al salón enmascarado. El personal llevaba máscaras y protectores faciales y las estaciones estaban muy separadas. La estación de champú se desinfectó por completo después de mi champú. No se secó. Afuera hay una mesa larga con una silla en cada extremo para que los clientes la usen mientras esperan su cita. ¡Gracias por mantenerme a salvo y lo mejor de todo, me fui muy feliz!
